Integrated Marketing Specialist
We are CREtelligent.
What happens when you combine comprehensive property data sources, predictive analytics, cutting edge commercial real estate technology and a talented team ready to disrupt a multi trillion-dollar industry? Put simply, you get CREtelligent.
We are innovators.
With a wide range of innovative end to end solutions, we are revolutionizing commercial real estate (CRE) due diligence to the financial, commercial real estate, and banking industries. Our PropTech solutions and services enable our clients to improve pull-through rates, collapse transaction cycle time, mitigate risk, and improve their customer’s experience during the commercial loan process.
Who We’re Looking For
Our growing Marketing team is looking for a hands-on integrated marketer who can take a program from idea to results. As our Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will own/support the events, webinars, partner programs, and thought leadership content that put CREtelligent in front of commercial lenders, investors, and brokers, and you will connect each one to pipeline.
You will work directly with our VP of Growth and Marketing and side by side with our Digital Marketing Specialist, who runs our email, social, paid, creative, and marketing technology. Together you will turn every event, webinar, and major piece of content into a coordinated campaign. This is a career growth position for someone who wants broad ownership now and a path into program, content, or marketing leadership.
We offer a welcoming, relaxed office environment, friendly, team-oriented colleagues who support one another, plus a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office), competitive salary, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, flexible paid time off plus company holidays, a 401(k) with employer contribution, and real room to grow your career.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Events and Webinars (about 35%)
- Own/support our conference and tradeshow program: selection input, registration, booth and materials, pre event meeting setting with Sales, on site lead capture, and follow up within 48 hours.
- Produce webinars end to end: topic, speakers and moderators, partner coordination, run of show, rehearsal, and the replay and follow up content.
- Manage event logistics, vendors, and budgets, and recommend which events to keep, grow, or cut based on results.
- Brief our Digital Marketing Specialist on event and webinar promotion so email, social, and ads launch on time.
Content and Thought Leadership (about 35%)
- Write and edit blogs, white papers, ebooks, case studies, and website copy that commercial lenders, investors, and brokers want to read.
- Write video scripts for product explainers, customer stories, webinar and event promos, and short social clips, and work with subject-matter experts and our Digital Marketing Specialist to bring them to life.
- Turn subject matter expertise, market shifts, and customer stories into a steady pipeline of long form content, and repurpose each piece into material our digital channels can use.
- Apply SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) best practices so our content shows up in search and AI-generated answers.
- Brief and edit agency and freelance writers to keep their work accurate, on message, and in our brand voice.
- Maintain the content and events calendar and keep it aligned with the marketing roadmap.
Partner Programs (about 15%)
- Manage co marketing relationships with industry media, associations, and technology partners, including deliverables, timelines, co-branded content, and registration lists.
- Track each partnership against targets set before launch (cost per lead, meetings, sign ups) so we invest more only where programs prove out.
Launches and Sales Enablement (about 15%)
- Build launch kits for new products and reports, including positioning, one pagers, comparison sheets, FAQs, and talk tracks.
- Enable Sales and Client Success with the content, training, and tools they need, and gather feedback on what is working in the field.
Across Everything
- Follow our tracking standards (HubSpot campaigns, UTMs, and event IDs) for every program, and report results in our monthly marketing scorecard.
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Product, and subject matter experts to keep programs accurate, on brand, and on time.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in field, event, content, or integrated marketing.
- 2+ years’ proven experience planning and running trade shows, conferences, and webinars, including lead capture and follow up.
- 2+ years’ experience writing and editing B2B content, especially long-form (white papers, ebooks, case studies, blogs), with a portfolio to show it.
- 2+ years’ experience managing partners, vendors, or agencies to deliverables, deadlines, and budgets preferred
- Comfortable with numbers: cost per lead, registrations to attendance, meetings and opportunities. You use results to decide what to do next.
- 2+ years’ experience applying SEO best practices; familiarity with AEO and AI search is a plus.
- Working familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM; you do not need to be the builder, but you know how programs are tracked.
- Uses AI tools to work faster while owning accuracy, judgment, and voice.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to run several programs at once without dropping details.
- Experience in commercial real estate, lending, financial services, PropTech, or B2B SaaS preferred.
- Able to travel to industry conferences and events, including occasional overnight trips.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field experience preferred.
