The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Integrated Teams Supervisor in Advanced Customer Aligned Teams, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for order management, documentation collection and billing verification. You will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

You will make an impact by:

• Boosting team morale by being a thoughtful and engaging leader focused on the well being of the team and each individual’s contribution.
• Utilizing effective communication skills to convey clear and concise messages to various levels of leadership and staff.
• Persistently striving to resolve obstacles for staff, co-workers and patients, putting people first in your decision-making process.
• Building strong relationships founded on trust, fostering an open and supportive environment in a winning culture.
• Guiding a staff of 10-16 employees aligning the team to achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and departmental goals through performance evaluations and professional development.
• Deploying a high touch coaching model to monitoring productivity, quality, and performance metrics in alignment with our sales and service partners.
• Developing strong relationships and collaborating with sales and field service to improve the customer experience and drive accretive order growth.
• Driving process improvements using lean and change management principles to improve operational efficiency while improving morale and increasing job satisfaction through change management.
• Supporting strategic initiatives to reduce unbilled accounts and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, DME, ACHC, and other healthcare billing standards.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND 2+ years of people leadership experience in a healthcare, insurance, government, or military environment
  OR
• 4+ years of people leadership experience in similar environments

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 2+ years in healthcare or insurance operations
• 1+ year in wound management principles
• Experience with medical record interpretation and claim submission
• Familiarity with Medicare, Managed Care, and post-acute care settings

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in data analysis, Lean principles, and project management
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

Work location:

• Remote with onsite requirement as needed (minimum of quarterly)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestically
