DCT Lead, Clinical Trial Configuration (Sponsor-Dedicated)

We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Technology professional to join a sponsor-dedicated team and lead the implementation and delivery of technology solutions across global clinical trials.

As a Clinical Technology SME, you’ll partner with study teams, vendors, and sponsor stakeholders to help deliver innovative, compliant, and effective technology solutions throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the Clinical Technology SME for assigned clinical studies.
• Lead study-level implementation of technologies such as eCOA, eConsent, telehealth, medical devices, and COA solutions.
• Coordinate technology delivery across study teams, vendors, and sponsor stakeholders.
• Manage priorities, milestones, risks, issues, and escalations to keep technology delivery on track.
• Apply SDLC principles and support validation, testing, documentation, and inspection readiness.
• Drive consistent technology standards, quality, and continuous improvement across studies.

What you bring

• 6+ years of relevant clinical research/drug development experience, including direct clinical technology experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing, integrating, deploying, or overseeing clinical trial technologies.
• Strong project management skills and experience working with clinical technology vendors.
• Knowledge of SDLC, FDA/ICH requirements, GxP, and ALCOA++ principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple studies and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a sponsor-dedicated or FSP model.
• Experience supporting clinical technology across multiple studies or development programs.
• Clinical technology validation and testing experience.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits or inspections.
