Integration Analyst FL - Main Campus - Lakeland, FL 33801 Apply Overview Level Experienced Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage None Category Information Technology Apply Description JOB SUMMARY The Integration Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between various systems using Python, MSSQL, APIs, and SFTP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data validation and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) methodologies. Proficiency in other programming languages is a plus. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Executive Director of Enterprise Services Supervisory Responsibility: N/A Indirect Supervisory Responsibility: N/A ESSENTIAL DUTIES - May include, but is not limited to the following: - Develop, test, and maintain integration solutions between various systems and platforms. - Work with APIs, SFTP, SQL, CSV, and JSON to connect and transfer data between systems. - Utilize Python and MSSQL to develop and manage data integration processes. - Implement and manage ETL methodologies to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Conduct data validation to ensure data integrity and quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. - Document integration processes, procedures, and solutions. LOCATION Main Campus Hybrid (some remote, some main campus, and/or some other physical location) Qualifications EDUCATION Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field; or Associate’s degree with equivalent experience and/or preferred certification as an alternative credential. Preferred Education: Master's degree in Computer Science or other related field LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Preferred: PCPP (Certified Professional in Python Programming) PCEP/PCAP (Certified Associate) Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate AWS Certified Developer – Associate EXPERIENCE Required: 3-5 years experience with integrations or similar technologies. Proven experience in Python and MSSQL. Experience with data validation and ETL methodologies. Preferred: Experience with IPaaS Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with Powershell and GraphQL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Required: Proven knowledge of Python, MSSQ, APIs, JSON, and ETL methodologies. Curiosity and constantly learning. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Proficiency in other programming languages. Familiarity with data visualization tools. Knowledge of agile development methodologies. WORK ENVIRONMENT All employees are responsible for maintaining an environment that is free from discrimination, intimidation, harassment, including sexual harassment. Physical Requirements: Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (typically 75% to 100% of the workday). Vision: Close visual acuity is required to read, write, review code syntax, write SQL queries, and analyze data on dual monitors. Fingering & Grasping: Regular use of hands and fingers to type on a keyboard, navigate with a mouse, and operate standard office equipment. Talking & Hearing: Ability to communicate clearly and exchange accurate information during team meetings, video calls, or when gathering system requirements. Lifting: Infrequent, light physical effort. May need to lift up to 10 to 15 pounds occasionally (e.g., carrying a laptop, notebooks, or light office supplies). Mobility: Occasional walking, standing, bending, or reaching to move around the office or attend meetings. Environment: Typically an indoor, climate-controlled open-office setting or a dedicated home-office environment. Noise levels are generally quiet to moderate. Cognitive Load: High mental stamina is required for extended troubleshooting, logical problem-solving, and managing complex ETL pipelines. Travel: None Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm TRAINING All new hires and employees transferring into a new position will have a 90-day probationary period within which to learn the functions of the job and to be evaluated.
