Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Integration Team, the Integration Analyst works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products. The Integration Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, and executing and overseeing all onboarding activities through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Support delivery of solution proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimations.
Continue to grow and build on knowledge about the company’s products, solutions, and related technologies.
Serve as the business analyst/project manager for each client engagement. Manage project scope and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations.
Act as the primary client point of contact. Successfully engage in multiple client projects simultaneously. Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding project updates.
Lead regular project status meetings with clients to provide project status updates as required in client contracts.
Support clients during client test activities. Monitor client progress during initial production rollout and successfully handover to Production Support teams.
Oversee or support transition to operations and support teams after project delivery.
Work with Senior team members to conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical documentation and support materials as needed for successful client implementation.
Support and execute on operational readiness activities and modernization exercise for various DTCC solutions.
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences.
Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.
Proven ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address their pain points.
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
