Discover more about what life at Pax8 looks like and how we’re redefining the future of work through technology and partnerships. 🔧 What you’ll be doing ⚙️ Designing and delivering innovative Workday integrations that connect systems, automate processes, and enable data-driven decision making 🤖 Supporting the rollout of AI-enabled capabilities across People Systems, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption 📊 Building and managing datasets, reports, and analytics that unlock workforce insights and enhance decision-making 🧩 Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless system integrations across payroll, benefits, and beyond 🔍 Troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimising integrations to ensure accuracy, security, and performance 📘 Creating clear technical documentation to support ongoing system reliability and knowledge sharing 💥 Your impact You’ll be at the centre of how Pax8 scales its People technology globally. Your work will empower teams with better data, smoother processes, and smarter tools — directly improving employee experience and enabling the business to make faster, more informed decisions. ✅ What you bring At least 3 years of proven experience working within HR systems, People Systems, or enterprise integrations Demonstrated expertise building and supporting Workday integrations Strong knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and data exchange across platforms Hands-on experience with analytics, reporting, or dataset creation to deliver meaningful insights Understanding of system security, governance, and handling sensitive employee data responsibly Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise complex systems Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders globally Excellent communication skills, translating technical requirements into practical solutions A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment 🔐 Trust and Hiring At Pax8, we care deeply about building genuine, trust based relationships — starting with how we hire.
