Integration Analyst Specialist, IS Patient Services, Fully Remote

Responsibilities

Applying a high degree of knowledge interfacing and its processes, the Integration Analyst Specialist functions as an advisory for the integration application system including the functional and technical nuances of the system. Advises on hardware and software needs of the system as well as coordinates the deployment of software and hardware with the other teams internal to I.S. and vendors. Makes recommendations for new software and system implementations to maintain a fluid system. Responsible for recommendations for the system including client functional requirements, application configuration, and software implementations. Assist resources internal to Norton I.S. in upgrades and implementation including network, server, and database teams. Must possess the ability to communicate appropriately with all levels and to conduct oneself with a high level of customer service and professionalism. Works well individually in high pressure situations as well as providing guidance in coordination with other teams within I.S.

Qualifications

Required:

• Five years interfacing and/or scripting applications
• Bachelor Degree
• EPIC Bridges Certification/Accreditation

Desired:

• Three years management
• Cloverleaf Level III Certification
