Integration Consultant

Position Title: Journi - Integration Developer (Posting ID: 815134)

Client / Agency: Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC)

Location: Remote Position (w/ occasional travel)

Duration: Long-term contract

Core Requirements & Experience:

8+ years of development experience with knowledge in Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, and integrations with external systems, specifically in tolling projects.

Strong understanding of Microsoft government and commercial cloud platforms (Azure), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.

Extensive experience in designing and implementing integrations with external systems in the context of tolling projects (e.g., toll collection systems, traffic management systems).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Desired / Highly Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with PA Turnpike tolling solutions.

10+ years of expertise developing complex system integrations for high-volume organizations within SAP, MS Dynamics 365 CRM, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.

Strong technical background in C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful APIs, microservices, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.

Hands-on experience with IVR systems design, development, and optimization in customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, Azure cloud technologies, and middleware systems.

Build robust integrations between SAP, CRM systems, Azure cloud services, IVR systems, and various external systems (payment gateways, backend databases, traffic management systems).

Design and optimize IVR systems to enhance tolling customer interactions and operational efficiency.

Produce and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, design diagrams, test plans, and impact analysis reports following Commission standards.
