Build and support the integrations that move data between RCM Technologies' business systems: staffing, time, payroll, billing, ERP and contract management. Take assigned work from the backlog through build, test and release, and keep the integrations running once they are live.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integration recipes and scheduled data feeds between business systems, including SFTP file exchanges and REST API connections.
• Map and transform data between systems for time, payroll, billing, project and master data, and reconcile record counts after each run.
• Configure and support the integration platform's environments, connections, error handling and alerts across development, test and production.
• Work from user stories in Azure DevOps: estimate, update status, link the code and close the story with its evidence.
• Commit work through pull requests in GitHub, follow the branch protection and review rules, and review the pull requests of peers.
• Fix defects reported by the business during user acceptance testing and confirm each fix with the reporter.
• Document each integration: purpose, data flow, schedule, credentials owner, monitoring and recovery steps.
• Provide second-line support for the help desk on integration and data issues.
• Support access and change evidence for audited systems when requested.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years building system integrations or back-office application support.
• Hands-on experience with an integration platform (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft or similar) and with REST APIs, JSON and SFTP.
• Working SQL and one scripting language, preferably Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with at least one of: an ERP (preferably SAP), a payroll or workforce management system, or a staffing system (Bullhorn or Salesforce).
• Comfortable with Git, pull request reviews and Azure DevOps boards.
• Clear written English for documentation and for working with US business users.
• Amenable to work in Valero, Makati City
• Amenable to work in graveyard shift schedule and hybrid setup (3 day office, 2 days remote)
