This Integration Lead services as the central coordinator across Investments, Client Advisory, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations — ensuring cohesive execution of data infrastructure, platform buildout, and cross-functional project delivery within the Lazard Wealth ecosystem. This role spans both the ongoing data management integration of existing clients and the onboarding of new clients, whether one-off or via advisor onboarding. We’ll trust you to: Serve as the primary integration liaison for project management and onboarding across Investments, Client Advisors, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations, ensuring aligned communication and shared accountability across all functional stakeholders. Chair and facilitate regular cross-functional working sessions to track integration milestones, surface interdependencies, and drive resolution of competing priorities across business units. Maintain a current stakeholder map identifying decision-makers, subject matter experts, and escalation contacts across each function for rapid issue resolution, distinct from the project-level tracking and escalation protocols detailed in Section V. Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the data integration component of Firm acquisitions, coordinating the assessment and onboarding of acquired client data into the Lazard technology ecosystem. Own end-to-end integration of all client data deliverables into Lazard Wealth’s core infrastructure tools, including Addepar and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and platform-readiness across all client records. Define and enforce data governance standards for client data flowing into and out of Addepar and Salesforce, in coordination with Technology and Compliance. Manage data mapping, validation workflows, and onboarding pipes to ensure seamless flow of client data into the Lazard technology ecosystem with minimal manual intervention. Partner with platform vendors, internal technology teams, and Information Security to manage system configurations, integration APIs, and data feed infrastructure supporting client-facing and operational workflows. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of all current client deliverables — including reports, data outputs, and communications — evaluating scope, format, frequency, and fit within the existing Lazard technology and operations ecosystem. Develop a systematic build-vs-buy framework to determine which deliverables can be constructed natively within existing platforms and which require third-party solutions or custom development. Identify capability gaps across the current ecosystem and produce a prioritized gap analysis — including a proposed list of potential software systems to address identified gaps — with actionable recommendations, timelines, and resource requirements for leadership review. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project map encompassing all active and planned integration initiatives, including ownership, dependencies, milestones, and status across each workstream. Proactively identify process, technology, and resource gaps that could impede integration objectives, and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Establish and communicate clear escalation protocols — defining trigger criteria, reporting channels, and decision-making authority — for issues that require leadership intervention or cross-functional resolution. Produce regular status reporting for senior leadership, translating technical integration progress into business-impact terms and flagging at-risk items with recommended corrective actions. Drive post-implementation reviews following major integration milestones, capturing lessons learned and embedding improvements into future project planning processes. We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $160,000-$200,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role.
