What You'll do: -  Provide day-to-day operational support and platform maintenance; - Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed SLA targets; - Handle escalated issues from second-line support teams; - Monitor platform performance, capacity, and availability to ensure operational stability and scalability; - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions; - Support deployments, releases, production changes, and service requests; - Create and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles; - Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational activities; - Identify recurring issues and drive continuous service improvement initiatives; - Support major incident management and service restoration activities; - Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to service quality improvements; - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities; - Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers in a multicultural and international environment; - Participate in on-call support activities when required; - Hybrid work model. Who You Are: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; - 5 to 7 years of experience managing and supporting MuleSoft platforms (platform operations rather than API development); - Strong expertise with MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway); - Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, and OpenShift; - Good understanding of authentication and authorization standards, including OAuth and OpenID; - Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments; - Experience working with ITIL processes and service management practices; - Familiarity with Argo CI/CD and modern DevOps methodologies; - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills; - Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments; - Fluent English.
