- Founder & Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, leadership teams and employees, supporting effective communication and collaboration throughout the integration process.
- Culture & Change Management: Champion ORS Group's culture and values, supporting acquired teams through change while recognising the strengths and identity of each business.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Coordinate integration meetings, track progress against agreed objectives and identify risks, dependencies or challenges that may impact delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development of the ORS Integration Framework, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from each acquisition.
Key Competencies:
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against agreed timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident communicator, with the ability to influence others, follow through on commitments and maintain accountability.
- Collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work across different teams, businesses and functions.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with good judgement and the ability to identify challenges and support their resolution.
- Comfortable working with project management tools, reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience in project management, coordination or programme delivery.
- Experience working across multiple business functions or within a growing organisation.
- Exposure to business integration, change management or systems and process improvement.
