Integration Support Engineer (Azure Integration Services)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Integration Support Engineer to support, maintain, and improve enterprise integration platforms built on Azure Integration Services.

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of production integration environments. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of Azure integration technologies with practical experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Azure integration solutions in production environments.
• Monitor integration platforms, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents.
• Participate in operational support, Tier 1 support activities, and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure reliable integrations.
• Manage deployments and releases using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Monitor platform stability and performance and follow operational best practices.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous improvement of integration services.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services.
• Practical experience with:
  • Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Function Apps
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure Event Hub
  • Azure API Management (APIM)
• Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns and messaging concepts.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Practical knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills in cloud environments.
• Understanding of monitoring, incident management, and operational support processes.
