Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform in-depth debugging and analysis of system failures.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical problems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for debug processes and findings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of system improvement strategies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debugging and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and methodologies.
