In Summary:

An exciting opportunity is available for an Integration and Gaming Services Specialist within White Hat Studios. This role offers the chance to develop your technical expertise, work closely with our business partners and support the delivery of our gaming products and services. It would suit a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and an interest in integrations and gaming technology.

This role is fully remote and reports to the Head of Analytics & Gaming Services.

Your day to day:

• Become the expert of the White Hat Studios integrations and business partners APIs.
• Scope, plan and run business partners integration and onboarding projects.
• Provide technical guidance to White Hat Studios business partners during the onboarding process.
• Responsible for testing and signoff of business partners Integrations.
• Document the integration and record key points of interest.
• Be our business partners' main technical point of contact for staging and production integration issues.
• Identify areas for process improvement, propose and implement solutions
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with business partners and build strong working relationships throughout the integration lifecycle

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• SQL knowledge is essential
• Ability to understand and translate technical API documentation
• Ability to search, read and understand application logs
• Good understanding of how different API works
• Have troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Have excellent organisational, verbal, and written communications skills
• Be a team player and appreciate collaborating with others
• Be able to manage priorities and deliver outputs within deadlines
• Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with business partners
