Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented Intellectual Property Expert Saudi Arabia to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough FTO analyses and patent landscape reviews for potential generic product candidates prior to development and launch. Identify, assess, and quantify IP risks associated with New Drug Applications (NDAs) and Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) submissions. Provide clear, actionable, and risk-weighted recommendations to the Portfolio Management, R&D, and Business Development teams on product selection and development strategies. Draft formal FTO opinions and manage documentation to support business decisions. Develop strategies to challenge weak or invalid patents through opposition procedures. Ensure all KSA product registrations are complete from an IP perspective for regulatory submissions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. A law degree and/or a specialized qualification in Intellectual Property law is highly preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in an IP role, with a strong preference for experience within the generic pharmaceutical industry.
