Intellectual Technology Lawyer

We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Dublin for a Lawyer to join their Intellectual Technology team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Intellectual Property team, advising major domestic and international clients across technology, life sciences, consumer goods and other sectors on complex, high-value IP disputes and related commercial matters.

The role will involve managing domestic and cross-border disputes involving trade marks, patents, copyright, designs and trade secrets, alongside advising on IP portfolio management, licensing, assignments and commercial agreements.

Essential Criteria:

• 2-5 years’ PQE;
• IP law background;
• Excellent academics;
• Client-focused;
• Technically excellent;
• Ability to work in a busy environment;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Strong work ethic.
