What the day will look like

In this role, as an Intercompany Analyst, you will collaborate closely with onshore finance teams and business partners across multiple countries. Your day may include:

  • Preparing accurate and timely processing of intercompany transactions (including Direct Operating Receivable and Payable Invoices for Specialist level)
  • Performing intra‑group reporting and analytics
  • Coordinating the resolution of intercompany accounting discrepancies
  • Executing month‑end closing activities and ensuring compliance with corporate and statutory regulations
  • Supporting the migration of accounting processes from other countries
  • Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of financial controls, SOPs, and Work Instructions
  • Testing new systems, tools, and process enhancements

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting
  • at least 2 years of operational accounting experience
  • English proficiency at B2/C1
  • Strong communication skills and motivation to work in an international environment
  • Good command of MS Office; ERP/Workflow experience is an advantage
