We are seeking an experienced interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client on a contract basis. This strategic role is vital to support the company's ongoing growth and financial leadership during a key period of transformation.

As the interim CFO, you will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies, ensuring robust financial planning, and providing expert guidance to support sustainable development. This is a unique opportunity to influence high-level decision-making in a dynamic environment as part of an organisation recognised for its innovative approach within the industry.

This position will be starting in December for 12-18 months. It can be carried out on a 3-5 day per week, FULLY REMOTE basis and paid on a daily rate!

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals
• Provide insight and advice to senior management on financial planning and risk management
• Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with executive teams to optimise financial performance and operational efficiency

Essential skills & experience:

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, particularly as a CFO or equivalent
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Experience managing complex financial structures and stakeholder relationships
• Sound understanding of governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership capabilities
• Chartered Accountant
