Responsibility Description Job Title: Interim Communications Staff Purpose Statement: Provides support for all communications strategies, shaping how we tell the story of God at work in our OneChurch.to community and how people are invited to connect, engage, and take a next step. Reports to: Communications Team Lead Interim Communications Staff Responsibilities: Support the Communications Team Lead in aligning communications initiatives with church mission, vision and priorities Manage the administrative tasks for the whole Communications Team Manage the church’s digital communication channels and platforms Focused on content curation and creation through: Using shared tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom) Help to inform communications strategies by looking at insights, identifying trends and actioning opportunities for growth Ensure consistent, clear, and engaging communication across physical and online environments Collaborate in the planning, organization, and execution of communications campaigns from conception to completion. To operate with an equipping-first mentality by recruiting, training, scheduling and deploying communications volunteers that are: Well connected to each other, the Communications team and to their church Champions of OneChurch.to’s mission (Know, Love, Impact) and cheerleaders for the OneChurch.to Ministry Model Identify, mentor and deploy key leaders when they show potential Anything else assigned from time to time by the Lead Pastor or Communications Team Lead Work Schedule: 40 working hours per week [Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday] Hours may fluctuate week to week to support ministry needs Interim role [July 2026 to December 2026]
