Description

Digital Content and Campaign Creative

· Design email graphics, website banners, landing-page assets, and SMS/MMS creative for promotions, product features, and events.

· Create social media graphics, digital advertisements, and supporting campaign content that follow Twin Liquors brand guidelines.

· Develop concise headlines, captions, and supporting promotional copy as assigned, using approved offers and messaging.

· Adapt campaign concepts across email, web, social, and print while preserving clear messaging and a consistent visual identity.

Social Media & Content Creation

· Support day-to-day management of Twin Liquors social media channels, including scheduling and publishing approved content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms as needed.

· Write engaging, on-brand social captions and adapt messaging appropriately by platform.

· Help maintain the social content calendar and coordinate posts around promotions, events, community partnerships, store activity, and seasonal campaigns.

· Proactively gather content from stores, events, internal teams, and community activations to maintain a consistent flow of relevant social content.

· Capture simple photo and video content as needed, including products, store activity, events, team members, and behind-the-scenes moments.

· Execute light-lift content shoots using Twin Liquors equipment and edit short-form content for social media, including Reels and TikTok.

· Identify opportunities to turn everyday Twin Liquors activity into timely, engaging social content rather than relying solely on planned campaign creative.

· Assist with community engagement and other day-to-day social media needs as assigned.

Print and In Store Materials

· Develop in-store signage, event materials, flyers, sell sheets, and other print collateral.

· Prepare production-ready files with the correct dimensions, resolution, color profiles, bleed, and export settings.

· Check layouts for readability and verify that supplied product information, prices, offer details, and event dates are reflected accurately before review.

Brand and Supplier Assets

· Adapt supplier and brand assets into cohesive Twin Liquors designs while following supplied usage guidelines.

· Retouch, crop, and optimize product and lifestyle imagery for the intended channel.

· Build and maintain reusable templates and organized source files so creative can be updated and handed off efficiently.

Project Coordination and Quality

· Clarify creative briefs, deliverables, and deadlines with the requesting team before starting work.

· Manage multiple assignments and quick-turn requests, communicating progress and raising conflicting priorities or missing information early.

· Incorporate feedback accurately, track revisions, and provide editable source files alongside final exports.

· Follow established review and approval processes, including approved guidance for alcohol-related marketing and promotions.

Requirements

· A professional portfolio demonstrating strong digital and print graphic design, including promotional or campaign work.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.

· Strong typography, composition, image-editing, and visual storytelling skills.

· Experience adapting a single campaign across multiple sizes, formats, and channels.

· Working knowledge of print production requirements and digital asset preparation.

· Ability to follow established brand guidelines while contributing fresh, practical creative ideas.

· Clear written communication, careful proofreading, strong organization, and dependable follow-through.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, respond to feedback, and meet agreed-upon deadlines.

· Comfort capturing photo/video content and performing simple short-form video editing for social media.

Preferred Experience

· Design work for retail, ecommerce, wine and spirits, food and beverage, hospitality, or other consumer brands.

· Experience with Canva and Figma, as well as simple motion graphics.

· Familiarity with responsible alcohol advertising and promotional requirements.

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time temporary assignment with a blended in-person and remote schedule. The position will work closely with the Twin Liquors Marketing team and should be available to work in person as needed for team collaboration, content creation, store visits, light photo/video shoots, events, and other marketing activities. Design and production work may be completed remotely when appropriate. Because content gathering and collaboration are important parts of the role, candidates should be based in the Austin area and comfortable moving between remote work and Twin Liquors locations as business needs require. The initial assignment has the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance, business needs, and the longer-term structure of the Marketing team.

Application Materials

Please provide the following:

· Your resume and portfolio link, including relevant retail, promotional, email, social, or print examples.

· Your desired hourly rate, availability, and typical working hours.

· The design programs you use and a brief explanation of your process for adapting one campaign across multiple channels.
