Interim Contracts Counsel
MlaglobalMajor, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim Contract Counsel focusing on clinical trial agreements. Overview : Our client seeks a skilled interim counsel to assist with the review, negotiation and drafting of Phase I through III clinical trial agreements. Company: Our client is a well-respected clinical research organization operating network of research centers conducting Phase I through Phase IV studies. Experience: Five or more years’ experience negotiating clinical trial agreements obtained from a top law firm, life sciences organization, or clinical research organization. Location: Fully remote with a strong preference for East Coast-based attorneys. Responsibilities Include: Review, negotiate, and draft clinical trial agreements (Phase I-III). Assist with commercial agreements, such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), site agreements, and confidential disclosure agreements (CDAs). Assist with the preparation of clinical trial budgets (by using Excel). Qualifications Include: Excellent academic and professional credentials, including a law degree from a well-respected national law school. Five or more years’ experience advising life sciences or clinical research organizations on clinical trial agreements. Experience negotiating agreements with institutional clients. Experience with and willingness to prepare budgets associated with the trials (Excel experience is required). Excellent attention to detail in oral and written communication.
