- Assist with contract renewals, supplier management and commercial governance.
- Support corporate governance activities, including company documentation, compliance requirements and liaison with external advisers.
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance of Tecsa's ISO 27001 information security management framework, including audit preparation, compliance monitoring and associated processes.
- Provide ad hoc operational and project support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong financial management skills, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial controls.
- Experience overseeing financial operations and coordinating statutory reporting, audit and tax compliance.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to interpret financial information and provide practical business advice.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership teams and contributing to business decision-making.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, pragmatic and hands-on approach, with the flexibility to support wider business activities when required.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working in a technology, SaaS, data analytics or professional services business.
- Experience managing international financial operations and multi-entity reporting.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs and supplier agreements.
- Exposure to corporate governance, regulatory compliance or ISO 27001.
- Experience working in a growing, entrepreneurial or private equity-backed business.
- Flexible working: Part-time role, 3 days per week.
- Option to be fully remote: UK-based remote working majority of the time, with occasional travel for business meetings to London (Paddington) if required.
