Our Tokyo office is conveniently located in Minato area and only takes 10 -15 walk from Azabujuban, Roppongi and Hiroo metro station. HBA東京オフィスでは、一緒に働いていただけるインテリアデザイナーを募集しています。オフィスは港区、麻布十番駅、六本木駅、広尾駅など複数駅から徒歩10-15分でアクセスできる好立地にあります。 Job Type / 雇用形態 : Full-time/正社員 Job Summary / 業務内容 : Your role as Interior Designers is to support Senior Designers and Project Directors on various stages of projects. インテリアデザイナーとして、プロジェクトのさまざまな段階において、シニアデザイナーやプロジェクトディレクターをサポートしていただきます。 Key Responsibilities / 主な業務 : Develop interior design concepts according to the design directions of the Project Directors プロジェクト・ディレクターの指示に従い、インテリアデザインコンセプトを策定 Develop mood boards, sketches, presentation and tender packages according to the design directions and clients’ vision デザインの方向性とクライアントのビジョンに従って、ムードボード、スケッチ、プレゼンテーション、入札パッケージを作成 Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life through detailed design development and space planning. デザインチームと協力し、詳細なデザイン開発と空間計画を通じてコンセプトを具現化 Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget. デザインコンセプトと予算に見合った適切な材料、仕上げ、家具の調達および選定 Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends, products, and sustainable design practices. デザイン業界の最新トレンド、製品、持続可能なデザインの実践に関する知識の維持 We promise you a career in the world of luxury design as you would be working in the hospitality design firm that is ranked No.1 in the world. That is why we are also looking to recruit the most talented in the industry to join us! 世界No.1のホスピタリティ・デザイン会社での経験は、ラグジュアリー・ホテルデザイン業界でのキャリアが約束されているといえるでしょう。あなたが、最高の人たちと一緒に働き、その過程で自分のスキルとキャリアを伸ばすことを期待しているように、私たちも一緒に働いてくれる優秀な人材を募集しています。 Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you / 応募資格 : Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design / Architecture インテリア・デザイン／建築の学士号または修士号 Locally based in Japan 日本に拠点をおけること 2-5 years of experience with a portfolio of previous project experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, clubhouse or show flats ラグジュアリーホテル、高級住宅、クラブハウス、ショーフラットなどのプロジェクト経験者(経験年数2-5年) Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PPT AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop、PPTを使いこなせること Previous experience in Midjourney / other AI software will be a plus Midjourney / その他のAIソフトウェアの経験があれば尚可 Revit, 3D Max, Enscape will be a plus Revit、3D Max、Enscapeの経験があれば尚可 Fluent in English 英語が流暢であること Intermediate to Advance level of Japanese preferred (minimum JLPT N3 or above level) 日本語が中級から上級レベルであること（日本語能力試験N3あるいはそれ以上） Willing to work in Japan according to local salary range (we do not offer relocation allowance or accommodation.) 日本での就労を希望し、現地の給与水準に準ずること（赴任手当、宿泊施設の提供なしなし） To be successful in the role you should also have / その他必要な能力 : Strong conceptualization and presentation skills 強い構想力とプレゼンテーション能力 Client facing クライアント対応能力 Strong sense of design flair and love of art デザインに対する高い意識と芸術への情熱 Strong sense of responsibility 強い責任感 Ability to meet tight project deadlines. プロジェクト期限に対する時間管理能力 Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 複数のプロジェクトを同時にこなす処理能力 A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of hospitality design projects. 多様なホスピタリティ・デザイン・プロジェクトを提示できるポートフォリオ Collaborative and enjoy working in team environments. 協調性とチームワークでの作業能力 Good communication skills コミュニケーション能力 Does this sound like you?
