Intermediate Business Analyst (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives within a major European institution in Luxembourg. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, contributing to the successful definition and implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Support business process modelling and improvement activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and business documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Assist in solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into deliverables.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• In the absence of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  
  

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business requirements elicitation and modelling.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking sector.
• Good command of English.
• French would be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of financial products such as Loans, Equity, and Guarantees would be considered an advantage.
