ABOUT US
Eterio Realities Inc. is a software company in Victoria, British Columbia, building augmented reality tools for industrial manufacturing. Our story began in 2010, out of challenges encountered during the construction of the Sparkling Hill Resort in Vernon, B.C.
Today we’re a team of 30+ across Canada and India, and growing. We have built FabStation, an AR-enabled manufacturing execution system used by 200+ fabrication shops in 30+ countries. FabStation replaces paper and 2D drawings on the shop floor with AR-guided assembly, dimensional inspection, and production tracking, and it integrates with the workflows shops already run. Our mission is to empower steel fabricators with innovative augmented reality technology, revolutionizing the way they work.

- Plan the technical design of new Unity features so they are easy to extend and maintain.

- Estimate their own tasks and raise problems early.
- Write clear documentation for their work.

- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of professional Unity 3D development experience.

- Hands-on experience developing AR/MR/XR applications using Unity.
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying applications on Microsoft HoloLens 2 or similar MR/XR devices.
- Experience deploying AR applications to mobile phones and tablets (Android/iOS).
- Experience debugging, troubleshooting, fixing bugs, and optimizing application performance.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering software features from development through deployment.
NICE TO HAVES:
- • Experience with Vuforia Engine, including image tracking, object tracking, or model targets.
- • Experience with MRTK (Mixed Reality Toolkit) for HoloLens 2 development.
- • Knowledge of spatial mapping, hand tracking, and mixed-reality interactions.
