As an Integrations Intern, you will support the commercial team from a technical operations perspective, continuously finding ways to help the team work smarter.

• Reduce onboarding SLAs for new integrations by proactively identifying bottlenecks and optimizing workflows through automation.

• Coordinate directly with Tech, Product, Commercial, and local teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the launch of new integrations.

• Serve as the global point of contact for queries related to integration activations, while helping to launch new integrations and manage the rollout of new operational processes.

• Build and maintain high-level global trackers for various markets to monitor integration volumes, go-live timelines, and system performance, driving accuracy and reducing manual process time across the department.

• Act as a bridge between commercial and technical stakeholders, assisting with API contract billing management and compiling data insights.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must, alongside strong analytical skills and the ability to be persuasive using data, facts, and details to drive decisions.

• A clear knack for automating repetitive tasks, including familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, advanced spreadsheet logic/macros, or leveraging AI) to continuously improve how the team works operationally.

• Efficient and capable of handling multiple work streams, demonstrating a collaborative work style, an openness to direction, and a strong commitment to achieving goals.

• The ability to look at situations from several points of view, understanding the different needs of internal teams and external partners.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English to engage effectively with different types of people and stakeholders.
