About the Opportunity
Join Schneider Electric's Compliance & Performance Management Team and gain hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control. This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to compliance and continuous improvement initiatives while developing practical skills in quality processes, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update manuals, procedures, and workflows to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain document control processes and ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Organize, manage, and distribute controlled documents in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for compliance and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skill.
- Available to start immediately.
Work set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x WFH)
Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM
