Responsibilities Support client data cleanup and maintenance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness Assist in documenting process maps, SOPs of new systems, workflows, and operational processes Assist in the testing, configuration, and validation of new systems and operational processes Support follow-up on initiatives and actions aimed at improving client experience Prior experience or coursework in finance, or technology is preferred but not required Skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AI (Claude, ChatGPT) and Python is essential Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confidence in speaking with front office personnel Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines The Environment We Offer As a growing firm with a tightly-knit team, we respect and listen to all our employees.
