Make an impact with our Change Enablement Team as an intern This diverse team of professionals drives and facilitates successful transformation initiatives in support of growth and innovation at MNP. As a trusted advisor, you'll make an impact by supporting various teams through all aspects of change while ensuring alignment with our values.

This opportunity is for an 8-month term beginning October 2026 until June 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Change Enablement team with change management, communications and project coordination activities that help drive forward organizational initiatives
  • Assist in the development and review of communication and engagement materials including e-mails, presentations, FAQs, communication scripts, quick reference guides, SharePoint content, and other supporting resources
  • Help design and format PowerPoint presentations, templates, infographics, and visual resources that help communicate key messages effectively
  • Conduct research, gather information, and curate content to support change recommendations and best practices
  • Support various change management planning activities by assisting with stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments, documentation, and research
  • Support the rollout of change management plans with logistics coordination, task tracking and status updates
  • Help coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities including preparing materials, and supporting participant engagement during the sessions
  • Assist the Change Enablement team in enhancing change processes, tools, workshops, and service offerings

Skills and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, an undergraduate degree or diploma in business, communications, human resources, organizational development, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered
  • Foundational business acumen and ability to prioritize demands based on business needs
  • Basic understanding of change management principles, best practices, and methodologies with a willingness to learn and apply them in a professional environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear and engaging communications for a variety of audiences Creative ability to transform complex information into engaging communications, presentations and stories that support awareness and adoption of change
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency using Microsoft 365 products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Prior experience working in a corporate setting or professional services is an asset
