**This position is eligible to work from home anywhere in the United States**


Essential Functions:

  • Assist with development and maintenance of Claims training materials, job aids, and learner resources.
  • Help review and update existing training content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop microlearning or Claims IQ-style learning resources.
  • Review, audit, and update the Claims Training SharePoint site to ensure resources, links, and training materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with business processes. Identify outdated information and recommend improvements to site organization and usability.
  • Participate in project meetings with Claims leaders, subject matter experts, and training team members.

Education & Experience:

  • Preferred major/area of study: Learning & Development, Education, Art, Graphic Design, Insurance/Risk Management, Human Resources
  • College freshman or above, with a minimum 3.0 GPA

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or learning management systems.
  • Interest in insurance, training, instructional design, or employee development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
