About the role:

The Corporate Treasury Intern supports treasury and financial analysis activities by assisting with the preparation of reports, analysis of financial trends, forecasts, and competitor data. This role works closely with financial analysts to gather information, monitor performance metrics, and support informed business decisions.

The intern also helps coordinate information across internal and external stakeholders, supports financing transaction activities, and contributes to special projects as needed. This position provides valuable exposure to corporate finance, treasury operations, and financial reporting in a professional business environment.

In this role you will:

• Assist in the coordination of information flow with internal and external constituencies
• Analyze basic to moderate financial information, including trends and forecasts
• Prepare reports based on analysis and on historical information
• Analyze and report competitor data
• Perform other related duties, as needed
• Provide support to the department's Financial Analysts
• Assist with functions associated with the financing transactions

• Proven Power Point and Microsoft Office Skills
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Able to use good judgment in making decisions independently relating to daily activities Must be extremely detail oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required.
• Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.

Additional Knowledge and Skills

Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:

• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
• Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
• Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection

Work Experience and Education

• Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related major with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship.
• Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) overall GPA.
• Previous internships are considered a plus.
• Rising Senior classification preferred.
