About the role As an intern, you will have the chance to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while gaining hands-on industry experience and building a strong network across the organisation. In this role, you will support cross-functionally across our Sales, Sustainability Advisory, and Technical Advisory teams. We are flexible regarding the start date: you can start as soon as possible, or in January/February for the Spring semester. The internship runs for 4–6 months at our Copenhagen office. We offer flexible working hours ranging from 30–37 hours per week and are happy to adapt to potential university scheduling conflicts or credit transfer requirements. In return, we expect flexibility and dedication from you to meet business deadlines. As our new team member, you will have the opportunity to work on the development and implementation of ESG strategies for large multinational companies, gaining direct exposure to clients and hands-on experience in a consulting environment. You will also contribute to driving commercial value through high-impact ESG initiatives. You will support your team in delivering insightful and impactful solutions to our clients and accelerating their ESG journey. Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the development and implementation of ESG strategies for large multinational companies, including direct client exposure Supporting projects such as Double Materiality Assessments, TCFD, greenhouse gas accounting, and net-zero strategies Collaborating with your team using the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Presenting your findings internally Taking ownership for assigned tasks Supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations Throughout the internship, you will build your consulting toolbox and gain hands-on experience working on real client challenges. As a person you are curious and passionate about learning the ins and outs of various industries we work with, shipping, energy, logistics, construction, venture capital, and pharmaceuticals being some examples. Moreover, you are comfortable working in an informal environment and want to make an impact right from day one! Qualifications We are welcoming applications from talented candidates with different backgrounds and levels of experience.
