Intern (Marketing & Operations)

Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to join our team and work closely with teams across product, operations, and growth. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real startup experience and directly impact how beauty businesses and customers interact. What you’ll do: Support day-to-day startup operations and strategic initiatives Assist in onboarding and supporting partners Help improve customer experience and platform usability Conduct market research and competitor analysis Collaborate on marketing, growth, and user acquisition efforts Requirements Strong interest in startups, tech, marketplaces, or beauty industry Self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments Basic understanding of digital tools (CRM, Notion, etc.) (nice to have): Experience with social media, marketing, or customer support Exposure to product management or UX thinking Benefits Opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects Flexible remote work environment Potential for full-time role based on performance
