Placement Information The OPEX Undergraduate is primarily responsible for supporting the OPEX team in partnering with all organisational levels across their area of responsibility to drive Operational Excellence (OE) and continuous improvement efforts, by combining knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing with Lean principles and tools. Results include supporting improvement across all aspects of Safety, Quality, Environmental, Reliable Supply, New Product Commercialisation , Productivity, Speed, Digital Transformation and Cost, as well as employee morale at all levels due to more time being spent on patient value-added activities.
