These positions start on a rolling basis every 4-6 months. About the Role We are seeking motivated Software Engineers to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience building and deploying cloud-native applications while working with modern infrastructure and development tools. This role offers mentorship, flexibility, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time software engineering position. Responsibilities Collaborate with other members of the ILS engineering team to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based applications. Write clean, efficient, and testable code in Go. Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines using AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems for performance and reliability. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team Desired Skills (or willingness to learn) Go (Golang) programming. Cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Terraform for infrastructure as code. Kubernetes for container orchestration. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
