Company Description Neos Group is a technology-enabled food operations company that helps organizations build, manage, and scale workplace dining and cafeteria operations. By combining food operations, technology, and experience design, Neos creates measurable, efficient, and consistent workplace food programs. The company offers end-to-end solutions, from operating models and multi-site cafeteria management to partner management, customer experience, and continuous improvement. Neos works with diverse organizations across India, the Middle East, Africa, and other international markets to deliver intelligent cafeteria environments that enhance food quality, cost control, and employee experience. With a focus on data, technology, and scalable frameworks, Neos treats workplace food as a strategic, measurable operation rather than a simple service contract.
Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Field Scout at Neos Group. The Field Scout will identify suitable locations for vending machine setups, including workplaces, commercial buildings, and high-traffic areas, by conducting on-ground assessments and basic market checks. The role involves visiting potential sites, gathering information on footfall, accessibility, and operational feasibility, and documenting findings with photos, notes, and simple reports. The Field Scout will also scan local markets and neighborhoods to identify small businesses, cafeterias, and food operations that may be available for sale or partnership, and share leads with the Neos operations team. Day-to-day work includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records of visited locations, and following clear guidelines and checklists to support data-driven decisions about site selection and business opportunities.
