Intern Sales - Huancayo

Job Description

Buscamos un/a Practicante de Ventas para unirse a nuestro equipo en Huancayo, Perú. Esta es una oportunidad práctica para estudiantes universitarios que quieran iniciar su carrera en la industria de consumo masivo, adquiriendo experiencia real en ejecución comercial, ruta al mercado y estrategia de ventas en campo.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Apoyar la ejecución de estrategias comerciales y planes de ventas en el territorio asignado
• Asistir en el seguimiento y análisis de KPIs clave de ventas (volumen, cobertura, distribución, participación en anaquel)
• Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en actividades de punto de venta e iniciativas comerciales
• Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes, dashboards y presentaciones de ventas
• Participar en visitas a campo para comprender la dinámica de ruta al mercado y la relación con clientes
• Apoyar la coordinación de actividades promocionales y lanzamientos de producto a nivel local
• Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora de procesos dentro del equipo de ventas

Requisitos

• Ubicación: Debe residir en Huancayo, Perú
• Educación: Estudiante universitario activo (matriculado y en buen estado académico) cursando una carrera en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines
• Idioma: Inglés intermedio (B1+)
• Habilidades Técnicas: Microsoft Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos)
• Disponibilidad: Capacidad de cumplir con el horario de prácticas requerido
