We're looking for a Intern - Software Engineering This role is Hybrid, Krakow Office We are looking for engineers who are: Enthusiastic to start a career in an international company, a global leader in AI-driven learning and talent management solutions Open to self-development and continuous learning Comfortable working alongside AI coding tools, while staying curious about how and why things work, not just what gets generated As Software Engineer (Intern) you should have: Good knowledge of one of the following: Java, C# or Ruby Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript would be in plus Knowledge of databases (relational and non-relational) Grasp of software design principles Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, Cursor) is necessary — along with the judgment to verify, test, and critically evaluate what they produce rather than accepting suggestions at face value English at the communicative level As an Intern you will: Join one of our teams and participate in all development activities (code creation and review, writing unit tests) and SCRUM ceremonies Work on real tasks related to our product, relevant to the wider team Be encouraged to use modern AI-assisted development tools responsibly, learning when to lean on them and when to reason things through yourself Have an exceptional opportunity to learn from more experienced colleagues and influence the world around you Internship details: 12-month paid internship on a contract of mandate Minimum 3/5 shift, i.e. 24h per week (exact days and hours agreed between you and us) Hybrid mode (work from home combined with our Cracow office) Our Culture: Spark Greatness.
