Responsibilities Create technical documentation as needed Work on global market change requests and feature enhancements to RDI products working with local markets to refine requirements Issue diagnosis and bug fixing of code developed Develop code, in an accordance with RDI software development procedures Work with other engineering functions from design to production to implement test procedures for systems and equipment Document the procedures and recommendations for all phases of product tests Configuration, setup, and localization of RDI products Basic Qualifications Live in São Paulo - Brazil. Ongoing Bachelor’s or Associate's (Tecnólogo) degree in I.T. areas, or related degrees with a logic background (Physics, Engineering, etc). 4th - 6th semesters preferred. Able to work 6 hours per day (30 hours per week) throughout the internship program. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate English level (being able to understand and express yourself without major issues). Optional: Previous knowledge in C#, .NET, and Scrum methodology (nice to have). Testing and Support We perform unit and full regression tests of our software to ensure that existing and new functionality is working as defined. We review, investigate and resolve issues reported through the test environments and live restaurants to ensure that the application supports the restaurant business 24x7. Release Management RDI provides software release management services for a tightly integrated suite of applications. Our service maintains the development and delivery schedules for products, identifying any potential conflicts or opportunities to speed delivery. Localization services The company provides documentation and localization services for new applications developed and delivered to the markets.
