We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce Health Consulting team, part of our people and investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is an exciting 6-12 month internship opportunity where you will support the development of evidence-informed workplace wellbeing initiatives. You will work alongside experienced consultants to research workplace trends, synthesize insights, and contribute to the design of innovative wellbeing programs that make a real impact for our clients and their employees.

We will count on you to:

Support the development and delivery of workplace wellbeing programs, from research and design through to implementation and evaluation.
Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute ideas to evidence-informed program design.
Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and gather feedback.
Assist in the preparation of materials, presentations, communications, and engagement collaterals.
Support program measurement and evaluation activities, including participation tracking and outcome analysis.

What you need to have:

Currently enrolled in or graduating from a bachelor's degree program in a relevant field
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and contribute to program design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
