Join our Lending team as a Year Round Intern supporting Business Agility through communications, events, stakeholder engagement, and metrics. In this role, you will help translate Agile and business agility concepts, progress, and outcomes into clear, engaging communications for a variety of audiences. You will support the planning and execution of learning sessions, workshops, community events, and other engagement activities; maintain communication channels and event materials; and collect, analyze, and visualize metrics that demonstrate participation, adoption, outcomes, and improvement opportunities. You will collaborate across Lending to strengthen transparency, connection, and continuous improvement while gaining hands-on experience in communications, event coordination, data storytelling, and business agility.

  • Develop and maintain communications that promote Business Agility initiatives, learning opportunities, events, progress, and outcomes across Lending
  • Support the planning, coordination, execution, and follow-up of workshops, learning sessions, communities of practice, recognition activities, and other engagement events
  • Create clear, audience-appropriate presentations, announcements, newsletters, event materials, and leadership updates
  • Gather, validate, analyze, and visualize metrics related to participation, engagement, adoption, delivery, outcomes, and continuous improvement
  • Translate data and stakeholder feedback into concise insights, stories, and recommendations that demonstrate the value and impact of Business Agility
  • Maintain communication calendars, event schedules, distribution lists, shared sites, resource libraries, and supporting documentation
  • Partner with stakeholders across Lending to collect input, coordinate logistics, identify communication needs, and increase awareness and participation
  • Monitor communication and event effectiveness, identify trends and gaps, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Support Business Agility assessments and track progress against established goals, measures, and improvement actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reinforce transparency, alignment, customer focus, and continuous learning
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for team
  • members, partners, and leaders
  • Interest in Business Agility, organizational change, employee engagement, communications, event management, analytics, or related disciplines
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, workshops, campaigns, or other activities involving multiple contributors and deadlines
  • Ability to create polished presentations, announcements, summaries, and other communication materials
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and communicate quantitative and qualitative data through metrics, charts, dashboards, and concise narratives
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team
  • Strong collaboration, customer service, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience working and learning effectively in a virtual or hybrid environment
  • Familiarity with Agile principles, continuous improvement, or change management

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams, newsletters, intranet content, or other digital communication channels
  • Familiarity with event planning, facilitation support, registration, attendance tracking, surveys, or post-event communications
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, preferably Power BI and Excel
  • Familiarity with task-tracking tools such as ADO, ServiceNow, Asana, or Jira
  • Experience gathering customer or stakeholder feedback and converting it into insights or improvement actions
  • Familiarity with Business Agility, Agile ways of working, change adoption, or employee engagement

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (minimum of 20-25 hours a week, based on school schedule)
