This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to internal audit practices within a complex holding company structure spanning multiple industries and geographies. The intern will play a key role in supporting audit engagements across operating companies, financial statement analysis, process walk-throughs, and audit testing.

  • Travel to site locations dependent on audit schedules (likely two separate full-week trips to a U.S.-based manufacturing facility)

What You'll Gain:

  • Practical experience in internal audit within a large, diversified holding company
  • Exposure to multiple industries, business models, and operational environments
  • A strong foundation in risk assessment, internal controls, and audit methodology
  • Opportunities to develop professional communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Insight into corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise-wide risk management

What Makes You Eligible:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting or Finance; already taken and/or or currently enrolled in Audit coursework; Junior or Senior academic status w/minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Available to work during the target internship period of May 24 - Aug 13, 2027.
  • Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship
  • Able to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-hire drug screen as a condition of employment

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superb attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and self-motivated; able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Interest in pursuing CPA or CIA strongly desired

Pay Range:

22.91 - 28.00
