Ready to take your first step into Internal Audit?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking to move out of practice or a controls-focused finance role and build a long-term career in Internal Audit.

Joining a well-established audit team, you'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders across a large and diverse business, helping to assess risk, improve processes and strengthen controls. It's a role that offers real variety, commercial exposure and the chance to see how a complex organisation operates from the inside.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering audits across a range of business and operational areas.
• Evaluating processes, controls and risk management frameworks.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and adding value.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Producing clear, concise reports and practical recommendations.
• Travelling occasionally to sites across the UK.
  
  

We're looking for someone who:

• Is ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Has a background in external audit, assurance, controls, risk or a finance role with strong governance exposure.
• Is looking to make their first move into Internal Audit.
• Has strong analytical skills and enjoys understanding how businesses operate.
• Can communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
