How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will prepare documentation for monthly invoicing, collecting and controlling all costs and productive hours while providing clear explanations of invoices to clients.
- Support the monthly invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions.
- Create project/WBS elements in SAP, streamlining project management and financial tracking.
- Interact and communicate effectively with function leads, regular users, support functions, and business controlling peers to foster collaboration.
- Administer the department’s documentation and prepare reports for financial controls and auditors, ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the finance area, showcasing your expertise.
- Your communicative knowledge of English (B2) allows you to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- You possess very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, enabling you to manage data efficiently.
- Your accuracy, diligence, and strong work ethic ensure high-quality outcomes, along with excellent organizational skills and a willingness to learn. Knowledge of SAP software is a plus!
