Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Internal Communications, Copywriting, Content Creation, HR, or a related area.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Ability to structure information and explain it clearly.
Good sense of tone of voice and audience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at the same time.
Experience creating presentations, reports, guides, or other communication materials.

Internal Communications & Content

Create and publish internal content across the People Portal, email, Slack, and other company channels.
Write announcements, newsletters, reminders, guides, instructions, and other internal communications.
Maintain and update content on the internal People Portal.
Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, guides, and other communication materials for HR initiatives.
Adapt content for different audiences and channels.
Turn complex or unstructured information into clear and easy-to-understand materials.
Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and tone of voice.
Prepare communications for company news, initiatives, milestones, and key dates.
Keep internal communication materials and resources up to date.

Global People Programs Support

Prepare communications and materials for Global People Programs.
Support different project tasks depending on the initiative and current team priorities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as part of People initiatives and programs.
Facilitate or support groups and activities in English when needed.
Handle selected People-related requests or tickets and follow up on them.
Prepare documents using corporate templates and internal standards.
Collect, organize, and summarize information for ongoing projects.
Support project coordination and follow-ups from preparation to launch.
