Internal Communications Manager

Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to steward the Culver’s brand through ongoing, proactive and strategic communication planning and execution to internal stakeholders and restaurant owners/operators in the franchise system.

Essential Functions:

Lead Enterprise Communication

• Lead the execution of a standardized communication plan cross-functionally across Culver Franchising System and the franchise community
• Own the system-wide communications strategy across internal, franchise, and team member audiences
• Translate company strategy, growth priorities, and operational changes into clear, credible messages

Lead Internal Communications Initiatives

• Serve as a trusted communications advisor, working cross-functionally to guide communication planning and execution, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging that supports business priorities
• Establish clear governance for communications intake, prioritization, sequencing, and execution
• Facilitate timely and accurate information dissemination across the system, helping to maintain trust and engagement among Support Center and Family Restaurant teams
• Employ data-informed decisions utilizing insights and reporting measurement

Support Public Relations, Executive and Communications Efforts

• Support Culver’s public relations strategy to generate earned media coverage that strengthens brand awareness and credibility
• Leverage expertise to support internal and external executive communications, media relations, press materials and speaking engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations or Marketing/Communications or related field
• 6-8 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills
• Proven success in identifying and enabling effective communication planning and execution or internal and external audiences

Starting Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Classification: Exempt, full-time position.
