Responsibilities:
At least 4 years of experience in internal control, compliance, or audit (preferably within a fast-paced fintech or high-growth environment).
Fluency in English (a must for effective communication across an international team).
Strong understanding of capital markets and regulatory frameworks governing investment firms.
Prior experience working with a financial supervisory authority (e.g., KNF) is a strong plus.
Sharp analytical skills to spot gaps, draw fast conclusions, cut through the noise, and propose pragmatic solutions rather than just pointing out flaws.
A bias for action, willingness to challenge the status quo, and a clear understanding that results in a dynamic environment are delivered through teamwork.
Requirements:
Conducting scheduled and ad-hoc audits across headquarters and branch offices, focusing on tangible business and operational risks rather than routine checklist-ticking.
Preparing internal and regulatory reports, with end-to-end oversight of recommendation remediation (from finding to closure) to ensure quality and timeliness while keeping bureaucracy to a minimum.
Monitoring team compliance with internal standards and driving the adoption of new, scalable control mechanisms.
Proactively analyzing business processes to drive security, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
