JOB SUMMARY: We’re growing our internal Development Team and looking for a Junior Software Developer to work closely with our Software Developer, supporting the design, automation, and maintenance of our internal systems across the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Recruit, People, Books, Creator) and beyond. This is a genuine mentorship role — you’ll be coached daily, given real ownership as you grow, and supported toward a long-term development career within the business. No prior Zoho experience is required, but a genuine aptitude for logical problem-solving, automation thinking, and a hunger to learn is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with CRM configuration, workflow automation, and integrations under the guidance of our Software Developer • Support the build and maintenance of internal reporting dashboards and business metrics • Help maintain and document internal systems and processes • Respond to first-line internal IT/Zoho support queries, escalating complex issues appropriately • Progressively take ownership of defined development tasks as skills and confidence grow • Collaborate with Sales, Talent, HR, and Accounts teams to understand and translate their operational needs into workable system solutions Requirements SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Skills: - Strong logical/analytical problem-solving ability - Foundational understanding of relational databases and basic scripting or programming concepts - Familiarity with APIs/JSON is a plus, not essential - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail and eagerness to learn Experience: - Fresh graduate (IT, Computer Science, or related field) through to 2 years’ relevant experience - Any exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (Zoho, Airtable, Power Automate, Google Apps Script) or general scripting is highly regarded, though not required Behavioural Attributes: - Coachable and receptive to feedback - Comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity and shifting priorities - Trustworthy with confidential business information - Self-motivated with a genuine appetite for professional development Benefits Here at Access Offshoring, we believe in more than finding our clients the right candidate.
