Remote role based in the Philippines

Seizo is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to join our small, high-performing team.

We are building Seizo, a SaaS web platform for AI-enabled CPQ and configuration governance for construction and industrial manufacturers. Seizo helps sales, engineering, and commercial teams, and customers, configure, price, quote, specify, document, and analyse complex products fast and accurately, removing friction in selling and supporting your customers.

This is a remote role for a developer based in the Philippines. You will work directly with our Australian team and need to be available for meetings during standard Australian business hours.

Required experience:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer

Excellent written English skills, good spoken English.

Hands-on experience with all of the following:

• Strong React experience
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience
• Node.js back-end development
• ASP.NET Core / C# web API development
• REST API integration and development
• PostgreSQL database experience
• Entity Framework Core experience
• Authentication and authorization experience, including JWT, roles and permissions
• Git and professional source control workflows
• Ability to debug across front end, back end, database and deployment environments
• Strong AI-assisted development experience using CLI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex or similar tools

It will be an advantage if you have experience with any of the following AI building features.

• Experience building AI features into real software products using AI APIs.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows, chat interfaces, document analysis, recommendations and automation features.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hosting
• Linux and/or Windows server deployment
• Self-hosted deployment and management systems
• Docker / Docker Compose

We’re hiring a Senior Software Developer to join our small, high-performing team.

You will work on Seizo our SAAS web product, completing features like adding sales tools, customer-facing workflows, document generation, analytics, deployment automation and platform improvements.

You will be expected to:

Take ownership of tasks from investigation through to release.

Communicate clearly on progress, blockers and timing.

Work across front-end, back-end, database and deployment tasks.

Understand existing code before making changes.

Write clean, maintainable code.

Test your work properly before handing it over.

Deep knowledge of the product road map, suggest practical improvements on the current software to align with the future road map.
